Ceri has been Director of Development at Green Templeton College since November 2018. Prior to this she worked at Oxford Brookes University for over three decades, latterly as Deputy Director for External Relations.

She is responsible for college fundraising and alumni engagement, she leads on direction and delivery in these areas, supporting the college’s aspirations and strategic priorities.

This is an exciting time of development for Green Templeton and Ceri is delighted to have the opportunity to lead her team in securing support to help shape the future of the college.

Maren joined Green Templeton College as our new Head of Development in May 2025. Maren works closely with Director of Development Ceri Butcher and Principal Sir Michael Dixon to shape and implement fundraising strategies that support the college’s top priorities.

She holds a law degree from Berlin and has worked as a Senior Project Manager and fundraiser across Europe, bringing a wealth of international experience to the Development team. Outside of work, Maren loves travelling and, when in Oxford, can often be found on the tennis courts!

She is especially looking forward to celebrating the 250th anniversary of the iconic Radcliffe Observatory – a milestone that offers exciting opportunities to honour the past and invest in the future. Kate leads the college’s engagement strategy across alumni relations, events, volunteering, and regular giving. She works closely with colleagues, students, and alumni to build a vibrant and connected community, both in Oxford and beyond. With a background in fundraising and alumni engagement across the collegiate university, Kate is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that inspire lifelong relationships with the college.

Head of Development Operations

Andrew Sanders

As Head of Development Operations, Andrew is responsible for all the operational functions that support the department’s ability to fund-raise. He is responsible for the smooth operational and the strategic development of the Development and Alumni office.

He develops and manages the guidance and compliance policies, the processes and procedures used by the Office, and will oversee the strategic deployment of the college’s alumni relations and donor database to support the entire Development and Alumni function.

Fernanda is responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive and effective communication plan to engage alumni and prospective donors and supporters.

Database and Operations Officer

As Database and Operations Officer Mitsuki is responsible for providing support in ensuring the database is up to date, with a specific focus on gift processing and general communications.

Millie plays a vital role in supporting the work of the Development and Alumni Relations Team. She is responsible for providing support in ensuring the delivery of the College alumni engagement programme.
